SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the wearebstrd website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES Standard shipping takes 4 to 7 working days from the moment your order is shipped. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order, and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales) or due to circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, weather, carrier disruptions).
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg. If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at [INSERT EMAIL] and we will do our best to accommodate you.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES wearebstrd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
